Seaweed Snacks

Seaweeds are very cheap and you can find them in local Asian grocery stores. If you get dry seaweeds, soak them in cold water for about 30 minutes, cut them to small pieces, and mix them with your salads. If you do not like the taste of raw seaweeds in salads, put them in chicken soup, which will cover raw seaweed flavors. Also, you can find some seaweed snacks too. Eat seaweeds on a weekly base.
