In today’s world many people are opting to go gluten free. For some it is because of a recent medical diagnosis of Celiac Disease, and for others it is because of the recent publicity about the positive health benefits a gluten free diet provides. In the media it seems more and more public figures are promoting how great they feel after becoming “gluten free”.

Anyone who has done research on a this type of diet realizes it is a giant undertaking. Huge changes need to be made in the kitchen, and if you want to make home baked goods it is even more daunting because of all the specialty ingredients you will need just to bake a cake!
